Pricing questions
- Is there a free option for providers?
- Yes. The Free Listing plan costs nothing and has no card requirement. Your service is published, appears in council searches and on the map, shows your regulatory registration, and you can update availability and receive enquiry alerts. Seeing council contact details, replying to enquiries and accepting referrals require a paid plan.
- Do local authorities pay anything?
- No. Councils, commissioning teams and emergency duty teams use MyPlacementHub free of charge. Searching, viewing provider profiles and sending structured enquiries are all included at no cost.
- Do you charge a fee per placement?
- No. We do not take a commission or a finder's fee on any placement. Providers pay a flat software subscription only. Subscribing does not affect where a provider appears in search results.
- Can a provider pay for better visibility?
- No. Results are ordered by the sort option the practitioner chooses — distance, last updated, available placements, regulator rating or alphabetically. There is no ranking algorithm and no paid placement.
- Can we change or cancel plans?
- Yes. Plans are monthly rolling or annual, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front and save 10% against the monthly price.
- How is VAT and invoicing handled?
- Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle, who act as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT, invoicing and receipts, and provides customer service for billing questions.
